If you have questions or concerns about an MDTP handi-van service, the links below may help you. Please note that these documents are for informational use only. If you wish to inquire about or apply for grants through the Mobility Disadvantaged Transportation Program, please visit Manitoba Intergovernmental Affairs at the Province of Manitoba website.
MDTP program guidelines (note: this is a Provincial government document) can help you understand how handi-van services should operate.
The Initial Application form for MDTP and Capital Grant Application form for MDTP will tell you the type of information the sponsoring municipality is required to provide in order to establish a handi-van service or receive funding for an additional handi-van.
An Example Annual Operating Report (2008 form) shows the type of information the sponsoring municipality is required to provide in order to receive Annual Operating grants from the MDTP.
